Description |
 |
The wooden container is supported by a base made out of bast cloth and textiles. The lower part is almost completely covered with animal hair. The hair is attached to the container with bast cloth, which also attaches two animal horns lending the container a zoomorphic form. A gourd forms the upper part of the container. A smaller gourd acts as a stopper; a geometric face has been painted with kaolin, ears have been added to the side of the head. The container has been painted in a matt, black colour and has been decorated with feathers.
