Collected in-situ in the 1950's

The doll has a very narrow profile. A necklace of blue glass-beads hangs around the neck.
Yoruba dolls called (Omolangidi) (child of wood) are playthings for young girls, who carry them on their backs held in place by a baby-wrapper. In addition, as with ibejis, they can also represent dead twins.
