A wonderful old doll from the Turkana in Kenya.
The body is made of wood; 11 necklaces of green, red and blue glass-beads are around the neck. Two small white glass-beads represent the eyes. A brown leather apron hangs from the shoulders. Various coloured beads are stiched into the apron. Long black strands of cord represnt the hair, that has white glass-beads bound into it.
Mounted on a stand.
