Sanza, "thumb piano", locally also called "kankobele".

The Sanza, also known as the "thumb piano", originates from sub-Saharan Africa and belongs to the group of lamellophones. It consists of a board or resonance box on which metal strips are attached, which the musician sets in vibration to produce sounds.
